Refund policy

If you wish to return a faulty product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Damage in transit - In the unlikely event you receive an order damaged in transit, you
must raise this with us within 24 hours. Only then will we be able to contact the courier with regards to damaged products.


If a product is deemed to be faulty, we will help you through the returns process.
Muzzle orders are bespoke and can only be returned if faulty. Muzzles are made to the
measurements you provide, we will not accept returns if incorrect measurements were
provided.


Custom lead orders are also only returnable if found to be faulty.
