Shipping policy

Shipping
Your order will begin to be manufactured the same day if placed before 1400hrs (2pm), or the next working day if placed after this time. We aim to ship orders within 3 working days of your order being processed; however, in line with our terms and conditions, this can take up to 30 days depending on the requirements of the order and available stock. If we are unable to ship your order within 5 working days, we will contact you to discuss your options.

International Shipping
Orders being sent outside of the UK may be subject to your country's import duty, tax and handling costs. The shipping cost does not include these charges and must be paid before the courier or customs department will complete delivery.

Delivery & Tracking
You will select your preferred delivery method at checkout. By completing your order, you consent to your contact details being forwarded to the courier. They will provide you with tracking information, we are unable to assist with this. If for any reason your chosen delivery method is unavailable, we will use an equivalent delivery method. We are not responsible for delayed delivery once the item has been handed over to the courier. These disputes are to be taken up between yourself and the courier directly.
